THERAPY THAT HONORS WHAT YOU’VE BEEN THROUGH
Grounded support for individuals, couples, and families navigating transitions, trauma, and high-conflict dynamics to restore clarity, strengthen connection, and navigate change with resilience.
MY APPROACH
My approach is grounded in depth, clarity, and evidence-based care. I draw from EMDR, Gottman Method for couples therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and trauma-informed practices to help clients move beyond old patterns and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re seeking individual support, couples therapy, or guidance for your family, I strive to provide a safe, structured, and supportive space where true healing can take root.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Sacred Heart University and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University. These academic foundations—combined with decades of real-world experience—inform a practice that blends clinical expertise with deep compassion.
Let’s get to the heart of it—together.

KIND WORDS
“I started seeing Sue when I was 12 years old amidst my parents' distressing and acrimonious divorce. Therapy was pretty intimidating to me at first but she instantly gave me a safe space to process, feel comfortable sharing, and taught me the skills I needed to navigate that particular challenging phase of my life. I’m now 21 and still continue services, and can confidently attribute so much of my healing and resilience to working with her. I cannot recommend Sue enough!”
